                         The
International Show Car Association (ISCA) sanctions a number of
car shows across the country commonly known as their World of
Wheels tour or Cavalcade of Customs.  They cross the US and
Canada going to various cities with a large weekend show.
Some of the cars attend most if not all of the shows along the
tour, however many of the cars that are featured at the events
come from local enthusiasts who bring their cars out to show
them off.  The International Show Car Association (ISCA)
governs over the judging and rules and regulations for the
events.  There are various categories for the vehicles at
these shows that range from extreme custom cars to classically
                restored pieces.

The AutoRama in San Antonio was held
in the Alamodome this year.  The event featured a few
hundred different cars and trucks from various stages of
completion and customization.  Some daily drivers and some
all out total money involved "trailer queen" show cars
                were on hand.
Many were from the San Antonio area, but there was a number of
cars that travel the circuit as well.  Special vehicles
were there for appearance this year as well, such as the Ebay
project Mustang, built by Trepanier and filmed on TV series
"RIDES", known as the "Fast Forward Fastback".  The '55
Chevy and '32 Ford coupe used in the movie "American Graffiti"
were on hand as well as actor Paul LeMat who played the role of
John Milner in that movie.  Tucci's roadster "Cyprus",
                Noteboom's "Zef-Fire", and D'Agnostino's "Firestar" were among
others on display at the event. You may be familiar with some of
these cars from various magazine features and articles.  A
good number of other magazine cars and other actors and
celebrities were on hand as well for this event.
