Viejitos Car Club of Austin, TX Anniversary Classic Car Show
The Viejitos Car Club chapter in Austin held it's first
anniversary celebration car show and get together at the scenic
Richard Moya Park in Austin, TX.
They invited car owners and clubs from across the state as
well as other states to head over and join them for an
afternoon of hanging out with other old car friends.
Several of the club members from the RGV chapter of Viejitos headed up with
about 8 cars in tow and joined the cars that were
present, representing other states like Oklahoma and Illinois.
The Austin group welcomed everyone with some Menudo and all
the fixings for
breakfast and then fed everyone that brought out their rides with a
BBQ lunch in the afternoon. There were about 80 cars
total consisting of various classics, streetrods, lowriders,
bombs, and about 30 lowrider bicycles. Emilio Gonzalez
of McAllen won best of show with his 1937 Plymouth sedan.
