Stone
Court Cafe -- Harlingen, TX
March 12, 2005
Once again this year, the staff of
the Stone Court Cafe in Harlingen invited the valley to bring
out their old cars for a get together and show in their parking
lot. Not only do they provide a good size parking facility
for us all to park our cars and hang out and chat with other old
car buffs, but they even provided a free lunch for those that
drove in their old car for the show. The weather was
beautiful and sunny with a nice breeze and turned out to be a
great day for a car show. Cars and their owners came and
went throughout the show time so if you didn't keep your eyes
open outside you might just miss the next cars that came around.
Because the cars kept coming and going, it was difficult to ever
get an accurate count on the total that attended but there had
to be around 100 cars that made an appearance at some point
during the day. It was a nice event and we look forward to
next year and hope you will be able to make it as well.
Here is a sampling of some of who showed up.
