Cars of Texas Get Together

As a last
minute thought and a quick spreading of the word that it would
go on, Oscar Vera of Model Cars of Texas in Pharr hosted a get
together for old car and hot rod folks at his model shop for
Saturday evening on August 29th. Despite the last minute
notice, a pretty good number of old and new friends made it out
to hang out and enjoyed looking at Oscar's model cars and
enjoyed the evening with conversations, HotWheels drag racing,
and fun. It was discussed that this may become a regular
get together scheduled for the future, so we look forward to
that possibility. Here are some of the folks that showed
up.
